Job summary

Revo Health in Edina, MN, is seeking a Patient Services Representative for Almara Women''s Health | OGI. The role centers on patient registration, check-ins, and handling phone inquiries at our Edina site, with occasional Saturdays at Maple Grove.

Work is full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Responsibilities include greeting patients, collecting payments, verifying insurance, scheduling, maintaining charting, and keeping patients informed about appointments and plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID.
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices.
• Accurate and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the current practice management system.
• Communicate all pertinent information to patients, including: appointment information, directions, check-in times, referral information and copayments.
• Chart preparation and management.
• Answer patient calls, schedule appointments and direct calls as appropriate.
• Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks.
• Maintain timely communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.
