Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of state-specific occupational medicine requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and communicate wait times.
• Check in/out patients using the patient management system.
• Explain forms and ensure proper completion of paperwork.
• Answer calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Schedule and remind appointments; handle rescheduling and cancellations.
• Maintain office supplies and records; ensure HIPAA compliance.
