Job summary

Center for Vein Restoration is seeking a Patient Services Representative in Wilmington, DE. The role involves greeting patients, checking in/out, and ensuring HIPAA compliance across centers.

You will manage scheduling, billing, and patient records in NextGen, while supporting precertifications and preauthorizations. The position offers day shifts, no weekend or night work, and benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, a 401k, and PTO with holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience.
• Reliable transportation to clinics.
• Must travel between CVR clinics.
• Spanish fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner and check in/out.
• Distribute, ensure understanding, and implement CVR policies.
• Ensure patient charts are HIPAA compliant and properly input in NextGen.
• Review scheduling and financial responsibilities and referrals with patients.
• Send precertification forms to the Precertification Department.
• Complete daily close tasks: fee tickets, billing, operative notes.
• Verify future schedules are preauthorized for treatment.
• Update patient forms in NextGen/EHR and ensure records are current.
• Collect necessary paperwork and copays from patients; schedule appointments.
