Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an attentive Front Desk/Patient Registration representative for our outpatient rehabilitation site in Concord, NC. You will manage patient registration, verify insurance, schedule visits and collect payments while delivering compassionate service.

The role requires a high school diploma, computer experience and prior customer relations work; schedule is Monday–Friday with 40 hours, pay range $19.80–$29.70 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer relations experience required.
• Experience with Medical Records Software preferred.

• Provide exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to interact with patients and families in a wide variety of sensitive situations.

• Manages patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, collection and cash receipting, arrival and/or departure desk activities according to standards and guidelines ensuring accuracy and an outstanding patient experience.
• Encourages patient utilization of front-end technology during the registration process.
