Job summary

Tenet Healthcare Hospital is seeking a Patient Service Representative for a rehabilitation clinic. The role involves scheduling, coordinating office services, and maintaining daily operations to maximize clinic efficiency.

A sign-on bonus may be offered based on qualifications and location. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of medical office experience or completion of an externship with Healthlink, and prefer an Associate degree or CMA certification.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED (Education)
• Preferred: Associate degree, Accredited Medical Assisting program and/or CMA
• Preferred: Healthlink externship or related medical office exposure
• Must have active Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Schedule for the clinic and monitor daily/weekly productivity reports
• Coordinate office services and related activities to maximize utilization of services and equipment
• Handle general administrative duties and daily clinic operations
