Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in daily clinic preparation, patient check-in/out, charge posting, and scheduling.
• Explain billing to patients according to PRMO policies and collect payments as required.
• Maintain and file patient records, requisitions, and encounter forms.
• Coordinate labs and procedures and manage referrals and ancillary services.
