Nutex Health, Inc. is seeking a Patient Services Representative (PRN Flex) to support the Emergency Center in Post Falls, Idaho. This role focuses on smooth patient check-in/check-out, accurate data collection, and efficient scheduling within the ER setting.

The PSR will handle payments, maintain patient accounts, and ensure confidentiality while delivering courteous service to patients and families. Team participation and adherence to hospital policies are essential for high-quality patient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years as a PSR in hospital, ER, or clinic preferred.
• Experience with medical registration, admitting, and scheduling in ER settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Operations: greet patients, collect demographics, and direct services.
• Handle payments for co-pays and balances; maintain ledger and daily reconciliation.
• Maintain facility cleanliness in patient areas and restrooms.
• Communicate courteously with patients, families, physicians, and staff; uphold core values.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Assist management with additional tasks or projects as needed.
