Motive Sports and Physical Therapy is a growing physical therapy practice focused on delivering high-quality care to patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions. We are seeking a Part-time Patient Services Motivator to join our late afternoon/evening and Saturday morning shifts.

• Healthcare front desk experience preferred; physical therapy office experience recommended.

Responsabilités

• Greet and manage clients at initial and follow up visits, creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
• Handle office tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, uploading and emailing documents, and generating reports; ordering supplies.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance with all client interaction and management of personal information gathered.
• Daily correspondence with insurance carriers for verification and authorization management.
• Provide accurate and efficient scheduling options for clients.
• Assist therapists with efficient patient flow, office equipment management, and general office cleanliness.
• Be a goal-oriented member of the team to promote and advance our mission.

We believe this starts with the initial patient interaction and quality customer service that begins with the Patient Services Motivator (PSM).

The Position

We are looking for a part time Patient Services Motivator (PSM) for our late afternoon/evening and Saturday morning shifts. We are focused on finding an employee with excellent multi-tasking and communication skills with an upbeat attitude and desire to be a part of an experienced team. We will provide training for expected and proficient use of our electronic medical records system (EMR), insurance verification, and billing processes.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior healthcare experience in administrative / front desk role preferred. Experience in a physical therapy office setting recommended but not required.

Excellent computer skills desired.

Attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, reliability, and strong communication skills REQUIRED.
