Physical Therapy Now in Fox Chapel, PA is seeking a friendly Part-time Front Desk Specialist to handle patient check-in/out, phone inquiries, and scheduling.

An ideal candidate has at least 1 year of medical front office experience, insurance verifications/authorizations, copay/deductible knowledge, and great customer service; starting 10–20 hours per week with potential to grow.

The right candidate is going to start as-needed and then grow to part-time with us if desired.
