Qualifications

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution
License to practice Physical Therapy in Pennsylvania (Direct Access license preferred but not required)
1–2+ years' outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new grads encouraged
Computer skills and ability to navigate EMR for documentation and billing
Excellent interpersonal skills to deliver customer service from evaluation through discharge
Ability to manage a caseload and deliver evidence-based treatment plans
Ability to work within a team with a Patient First mentality
Confidence to interact with referral sources and drive growth
Ability to interpret trends and KPI data to improve outcomes
Positive, upbeat personality and commitment to community growth

Responsibilities

We are looking for full-time Outpatient Physical Therapists with a specialty focus on orthopedic manual physical therapy. Job Requirements

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution
License to practice Physical Therapy in Pennsylvania (Direct Access license preferred but not required)
Preferred at least 1-2+ years' experience treating in an outpatient orthopedic setting, however new grads are encouraged to apply
Computer skills and ability to navigate EMR for requisite documentation and billing
Excellent interpersonal skills to deliver exemplary customer service to our patients from evaluation through discharge
Ability to independently carry a caseload of patients and deliver evidence-based and expertise-driven treatment plans that yield positive clinical outcomes
Ability to amongst a team of dynamic individuals with a shared Patient First mentality
Possess the confidence and drive to interact with our current and future referral sources
Ability to interpret trends, receive feedback, and optimize KPI data to deliver superior performance and outcomes
Must possess a high motor and not afraid to add to our team by advancing our position in a competitive marketplace in accordance with our company mission and values
Be a positive and upbeat individual who thrives working in a team environment
A desire to grow with the practice by embedding yourself in the culture of our clinic and the surrounding community
