Integrated Physical Therapy LLC is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative in Narberth, PA. You will greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and schedule evaluations and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth daily flow for the clinical team.

You will assist patients in understanding appointments, paperwork, and financial responsibilities, while processing payments and verifying insurance. Training is provided in a supportive, patient-centered office environment.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | No weekends

Integrated Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time Patient Service Representative to help patients feel welcome, informed, and supported throughout their care. Our outpatient practice emphasizes individualized treatment and strong relationships with the people we serve.

As a Patient Service Representative, you’ll be a key point of contact for patients and a partner to our clinical team. You’ll help keep the day running smoothly while making sure patients have a positive experience from their first call through their final visit.

What you’ll do

• Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out.
