Qualifications

• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and weekends.

• Previous experience working in a patient services representative position.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and ensures that the sign-in process is completed.
• Informs patients of approximate wait time and explains any elongated waiting periods.
• Verifies patient insurance eligibility and collects co-payments.
