Patient First Easton is seeking a friendly Patient Service Representative to greet patients, assist with the kiosk, and register them for care in a fast-paced center.

You will handle billing questions, verify demographics and insurance, collect payments, and support front-desk operations while delivering compassionate, professional service.

This on-site role requires basic typing, clerical experience, and strong communication, with opportunities to contribute to efficient center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of clerical experience preferred.
• Basic typing skills are required.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 7 hours.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients using the kiosk prior to registration.
• Escort patients needing emergency assistance to the treatment area for registration and evaluation.
• Communicate billing policies and insurable vs. non-insurable charges as needed.
• Register patients accurately and provide excellent customer service.
• Verify patient demographics, health, pharmacy, and insurance information.
• Answer billing questions and provide itemized billing statements when requested.
• Collect payments and issue receipts for visits and services.
• Discharge patients and manage charges in the patient record system.
• Perform cash handling duties and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Receive, send, and file correspondence and documents as directed.
• Maintain EMR familiarity and assist with other assignments as needed.
• Stock and stockroom organization, cleans front office area.
• Verify daily reports and participate in staff meetings.
