Responsibilities

• Greet patients/caregivers and provide assistance reflecting high quality service and professional conduct.
• Verify and update demographic data in the electronic health record and identify barriers to care.
• Gather and process information for medical records, referrals, billing, and treatment purposes.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and adjust as needed.
• Maintain patient charts and records, and process payments at time of service.
