Job summary

Shopko Optical in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking an energetic team member to support the Optical center by greeting patients, answering phones, booking appointments, and maintaining patient files.

You will perform general office tasks, process transactions, assist with medical billing, and help the team deliver friendly, efficient service to every patient. Previous office experience and solid organizational skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous office experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to handle multiple customer interactions/phone calls at a time.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work cross-functionally with attention to detail and follow through.
• Solid interpersonal relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers.
