Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and appointment scheduling with the highest level of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
• Coordinate and triage clinical calls to the appropriate departments or personnel, ensuring timely and precise resolution of patient inquiries.
• Assist patients in completing required forms and paperwork, providing clear guidance to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, organized and inviting lobby and work area to ensure a positive first impression.
• Identify and elevate patient concerns to the appropriate team members or departments.
• Meet or exceed departmental productivity benchmarks while maintaining understanding of billing processes and services.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records, ensuring charts are up-to-date and accessible.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality to support uninterrupted patient care and teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare operations.
