Job summary

Proliance Surgeons is hiring a Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. The role supports scheduling, check-in, and verification of insurance while maintaining patient privacy and data accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years front office experience in a medical setting, excellent communication, and a patient-focused approach. Ability to cover multiple PT locations and adapt to a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant public contact experience, preferably in a medical office.
• Minimum 1 year front office or reception experience; medical setting preferred.
• Practice management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service in person and on the phone.
• Greet and direct patients, vendors, and visitors.
• Schedule appointments and manage check-in/check-out in the practice management system and EMR.
