Job summary

Proliance Surgeons is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming face for patients at our Issaquah location. You will handle scheduling, check-in, insurance verification, and patient records with care and accuracy.

This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, teamwork with medical staff, and adherence to privacy and safety standards. Previous front-office or medical office experience is preferred, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years public-facing experience in a medical/office setting preferred.
• 1 year front office or reception experience recommended; practice management experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service in person and by phone.
• Greet and direct patients, vendors, and visitors.
• Schedule and verify patient appointments and insurance eligibility.
• Enter patient and financial information with high accuracy in PM/EMR systems.
• Assist with check-in, paperwork and document updates.
• Communicate appointment status and delays to patients and staff.
• Coordinate with clinical team to facilitate patient flow.
