Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service, both in person and on the phone.
• Greet and direct patients, vendors, and visitors.
• Schedules patient appointments and verifies insurance eligibility/referrals.
• Enter patient information into practice management system and EMR with high accuracy.
• Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate patient flow and scheduling.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurances, and balances due on patient accounts.
• Maintain patient privacy per HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
