Mercy Hospital St. Louis Critical Care Medicine Fellowship is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet and assist patients and visitors, manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, collect basic information, and route requests to the appropriate staff.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: One year experience in a medical office setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Greets, instructs, directs and schedules patients and visitors.
• Enters new and established patient information into the computer.
• Answers incoming calls, sets appointments for patients, dispatches messages and/or calls for all employees.
• Monitors and revises physician schedules as appropriate.
• Establishes payment plans and collection of payments.

Education
