Balance Health in Avon, CO is seeking a Patient Services Representative to welcome patients, handle scheduling, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out. You will support administrative tasks and collaborate with providers to keep daily operations running efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a medical front desk role, a high school diploma, and proficiency with ModMed and Microsoft Office. This is an on-site position focused on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of front desk or patient-facing experience in a medical office.
• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using ModMed EMR system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate staff with detailed messages.
• Schedule appointments for new and current patients by phone and in person.
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Verify insurance coverage and process disability forms.
• Confirm referrals and prior authorizations are documented.
• Update patient demographics as needed.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances professionally.
• Support clinic operations as needed.
