Job summary

Premier Surgery Colorado is seeking a Patient Services Representative in Colorado Springs to support front desk operations, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and schedule procedures. You will greet patients, check in, and enter accurate demographic and billing information in NextGen.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of front office experience in a medical setting. This on-site, full-time role offers competitive hourly pay, health/dental/vision, HSA

Qualifications

• Two years minimum front office experience in a medical environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
• Experience with insurance verification and pre-certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in daily.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances.
• Verify insurance and scan IDs for the chart.
• Schedule procedures and manage appointment flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional front desk area.
