Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years medical office experience.
• Experience with EMR and patient scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in check-in/check-out, patient registration, scheduling, referrals/pre-authorizations.
• Oversee daily schedule and operations for assigned area.
• Serve as liaison between staff and management to ensure performance expectations.
• Handle patient questions, manage service recovery and resolve issues.
• Assist in training new hires and supporting front-end processes.
