Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in Voorhees, NJ is seeking a patient access representative focused on exceptional customer service, accurate registration and scheduling for our patients.

You will greet and register patients, collect copays and provide information, acting as front-line contact and navigator during discharge.

Strong communication and organization skills; Epic experience and NAHAM CHAA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of registration or billing experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Proficiency in patient registration, scheduling, pre-certifications, authorizations and referrals preferred.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and schedule appointments.
• Collect point-of-service copays and provide general information to patients and families.
• Serve as front-line contact and non-clinical navigator during discharge coordination.
