Cooper Norcross Health is seeking a front desk / patient services position focused on delivering high-quality patient service and efficient scheduling at our Camden, NJ area facilities. The role greets and registers patients, schedules appointments, collects copays, and provides general information to patients and families.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer service skills, organizes workflows, and uses technology such as MyChart and kiosks to assist patients.

Qualifications

• Strong emphasis on customer service to patients.
• Greet, register, schedule, collect point of service copays and provide general information.
• Ability to be organized and communicate using AIDET and MyChart messaging.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the front line contact for all incoming patients.
• Greet, register, schedule appointments and collect copays.
• Provide general information to patients and families.
• Coordinate patient outreach via MyChart messaging and confirmations.
• Utilize kiosks, tablets and other technology to assist patients on arrival.
• Support registration, demographics, insurance information and signatures.
• Perform non-clinical administrative duties and support discharge coordination.
