Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA subsidiary, seeks a Patient Services Manager to lead the Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting in City, State, USA.

You will hire, coach, and develop staff, ensure dietary compliance, and drive patient satisfaction while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership, EMR proficiency, and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1 year work experience in food services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in food service technology/management or related field preferred.
• Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Dietitian, or Registered Dietitian preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food service management in an acute care setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMR and diet office systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and oversee implementation of patient food services based on medical direction and patient population.
• Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops patient service team members.
• Comply with dietary restrictions on special or modified diets to meet diet orders.
• Ensure staff contributes to patient satisfaction goals.
• Adhere to regulatory standards (federal/state/accrediting agencies) and HIPAA policies.
• Participate in patient satisfaction programs, QA/PIP, and facility-wide meetings.
