Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Patient Services Manager to lead the Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting in City, State. This role oversees food service delivery, staff coaching, and adherence to dietary directions while supporting patient satisfaction goals.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree (or higher) in food service management, relevant certifications, and experience in acute care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with one year work experience in food services or related field, or bachelor’s degree in food service technology/management or related field.
• ServSafe certified or desirable; dietary manager certification or RD/RD status preferred.
• Experience in food service management, preferably in acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Leads the patient services team and establishes goals to meet patient food service needs based on medical direction.
• Hires, coaches, trains, and develops staff in patient services.
• Ensures compliance with dietary restrictions and diet orders.
• Supports patient satisfaction goals and participates in QA/PI programs.
• Ensures adherence to regulatory standards, HIPAA, and patient rights policies.
• Participates in/ leads meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
