Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is a leader in healthcare food and nutrition services, serving more than hospitals nationwide. We are seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting in City, State.

In this role you will hire, direct, coach, and develop staff, ensure dietary guidelines are followed, and strive to achieve patient satisfaction goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with one year work experience in food services or related field, or bachelor’s degree in food service technology/management or related field.
• Certified Dietary Manager, RD, or RD/RDN certification preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in food service management, preferably in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Establishes goals and oversees implementation of patient food services needs based on medical direction and patient population.
• Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops patient service team members.
• Ensures compliance with dietary restrictions and diet orders to meet patient needs within guidelines.

Education

Associate or Bachelor degree in food service management or related field

Certified Dietary Manager or RD/RDN preferred
