Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting. You will hire, coach, and develop staff while ensuring patient satisfaction and adherence to dietary guidelines.

The role requires an Associate degree with 1 year in food services or a bachelor’s in food service management. Certification in dietary management or RD/RDN is preferred, and healthcare software experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1 year in food services or a related field required, or a bachelor’s degree in food service management or related field.
• Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Diet Technician, or Registered Dietitian preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food service management, preferably in an acute care setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems.

Responsibilities

• Establishes goals and oversees patient food service implementations based on medical direction and patient population.
• Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops patient service team members.
• Ensures compliance with dietary restrictions within diet orders and guidelines.
• Supports patient satisfaction programs and QA/PI activities.
• Maintains regulatory compliance with HIPAA and facility policies.
• Participates in facility-wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement initiatives.
