Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead our patient dining operations in an acute care hospital setting. You will manage a hospitality-focused team, ensure accurate and timely meals, and partner with clinical staff to meet dietary needs while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Competenze

• Hospitality and customer service background with leadership experience.
• Food service management experience preferred; restaurant, hotel, and other hospitality leadership experience welcomed.
• Associate degree with one year of food service or related experience, or a bachelor’s degree in food service management or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning patient dining technology.
• ServSafe certification desirable; CDM, DTR, or RD credentials a plus.

• Lead daily patient dining operations, ensuring meals are accurate, timely, and delivered with excellent service.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a team focused on creating a positive patient experience.
• Partner with clinical teams to meet patients’ dietary needs, preferences, and prescribed diet requirements.

• Maintain food safety, sanitation, confidentiality, and regulatory standards.
