Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1 year in food services or related field, or bachelor’s degree in food service management or related field.
• Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Diet Technician or Registered Dietitian preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads patient services team and oversees patient food service needs per medical direction
• Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops patient service staff
• Ensures compliance with dietary restrictions and diet orders
• Aims to achieve patient satisfaction goals
• Complies with federal, state, and accrediting regulations including HIPAA
• Leads quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
