Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks a Patient Services Manager to lead our patient services team in an acute care setting at the shared City, State site. You will drive service quality, patient satisfaction, and diet-order compliance while overseeing staff development and operations.

The role requires an associate or bachelor’s in food service management or related field, with healthcare management experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in food service management or a bachelor’s degree in related field; required/preferred.
• Experience managing food service in healthcare preferred; acute care setting beneficial.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems.

Responsabilidades

• Leads patient services team in an acute care setting; sets goals and oversees service delivery.
• Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops patient service staff.
• Ensures dietary restrictions and patient preferences align with diet orders and guidelines.
• Aims to achieve patient satisfaction goals and complies with regulations including HIPAA.
• Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Supports hospital goals and collaborates with clinical and dietary leadership.
