Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Food Services team in a 700-bed hospital serving acute, children’s, and behavioral health populations.

You will develop and implement patient food service programs, recruit and train staff, ensure dietary compliance, and drive patient satisfaction while maintaining HIPAA and regulatory standards. Strong leadership in healthcare dining is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 2-5 years in food services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in food service management, nutrition or related field preferred.
• CDM/DTR/RD preferred; 2-5 years management exp in acute care is ideal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient food service programs based on medical direction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop patient services team members.
• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and patient preferences.
• Support patient satisfaction goals and regulatory compliance.
