Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a full-time Patient Services Lead at WakeMed North, Raleigh, NC. The role coordinates patient meal service, supports staff, and ensures dietary needs and preferences are met with compassionate, quality care.

Typical schedule is full-time with Monday–Friday hours; weekends rotate. Prior related experience is preferred, and pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation and maintenance instructions.
• Aptitude for operating hospital ADT system and other computer-based systems for patient care records.
• Occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds; push food delivery carts; reasonable accommodations available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee systems and processes to meet strategic and operational objectives of the Patient Dining Program.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and assist with menu selections, tray assembly, and delivery/pick-up.
• Collaborate with care teams to accommodate dietary restrictions and cultural preferences.
• Interact with nursing to evaluate daily patient meal selections and tray workflow.
• Communicate patient concerns promptly and follow department procedures.
