Morrison Healthcare in Winston-Salem, NC is hiring for a full-time Patient Services Lead at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation and maintenance instructions.
• Aptitude for effectively operating hospital’s admission, discharge and transfer (ADT) system, and other computer-based systems, which manage patient care records.
• The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts. Reasonable accommodations can enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

Responsabilités

• Oversees Patient Dining Program service objectives and ensures staff execute meals and tray delivery.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates to assist patients with menu selections and tray assembly.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to offer menu alternatives for allergies, cultural or religious needs.
• Interact with nursing to monitor daily patient meal selections, tray completion, delivery and retrieval.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and report issues per department procedures.
• Assist dietitians in monitoring patients on special diets or calorie counts.
• Ensure HIPAA, sanitation and regulatory compliance, and complete required reports.
