Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring a Patient Services Lead for the Novant Health location in Matthews, NC. This full-time on-site role oversees the Patient Dining Program, staffing, and service coordination to meet patient nutrition needs.

You will supervise Patient Dining Associates, ensure accurate meal service, and collaborate with caregivers and culinary teams on menus that accommodate allergies, cultural preferences, and dietary restrictions.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to communicate and read documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to ensure the Patient Dining Program objectives are accomplished.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure they provide services including helping patients make menu selections and delivering meals.
• Coordinate menu alternatives for patients with allergies, cultural or religious preferences.
• Interact with nursing to monitor patient meal selections and tray delivery.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient rights policies are followed.
