Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring a Patient Services Lead in Charlotte, NC. The role coordinates patient meal service, supervises dining associates, and ensures accommodations for special requests and nutritional needs.

Excellent patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance are emphasized. The position requires full-time hours with shifts from early morning to early evening and involves direct interaction with patients, caregivers, and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to read safety rules, procedure manuals, and operations instructions.
• Aptitude for operating hospital’s ADT system and other computer-based patient care record systems.
• The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds; reasonable accommodations available.

Responsibilities

• Oversees processes to achieve the Patient Dining Program’s strategic and operational objectives.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and assist with menu selections and tray delivery/pick-up.
• Collaborate with caregivers and the culinary team to determine menu options for allergies, sensitivities, and cultural preferences.
• Interact with nursing to evaluate daily patient meal selections, tray completion, and delivery/retrieval processes.
• Follow HIPAA policies, HACCP guidelines, and health/sanitation regulations.
