Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Patient Services Lead at Novant Health Clemmons Medical Center in Clemmons, NC. This full-time role runs 8:30 am–5:30 pm with rotating weekends and requires previous related experience.

You will coordinate patient meal service, supervise dining associates, and collaborate with dietary and nursing staff to meet dietary needs and allergies. Competitive hourly pay $20.00–$23.00 with benefits.

Competenze

• Ability to communicate and read documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation and maintenance instructions.
• Aptitude for operating hospital systems that manage patient care records.
• The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and push food delivery carts.

Mansioni

• Oversees systems and processes to meet program objectives.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure tray assembly and delivery.
• Coordinate menu options with dietary, culinary, and nursing teams for allergies and dietary needs.
• Interact with nursing to evaluate daily patient meal selections and tray delivery.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
