Responsibilities include training new hires, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out, coordinating with care teams, and maintaining front office protocols. Strong knowledge of practice management and EMR is required to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Lead experience or proven trainer/mentor in PSR function or equivalent customer-facing leadership experience.
• 2-3 years front office, medical reception, or direct customer service experience.
• Practice Management and Electronic Medical Record experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the PSR team.
• Assist in supervising the department alongside the Patient Services Manager.
• Monitor patient flow from check-in to check-out to minimize delays.
• Ensure adherence to front office protocols and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with Care Center leadership to balance workload and priorities.
• Support in developing new PSR work protocols and process improvements.
