Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3 or more years of job-related experience required.
• Insurance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clerical staff performance and coaching.
• Manages appointment scheduling and patient intake processes.
• Distributes tasks and ensures front office functions run smoothly.
• Reports deficiencies to the Office Manager and escalates issues as needed.
• Coordinates with Billing, Revenue Cycle, and other Nemours departments.
• Serves as SuperUser and Preceptor for clerical staff.
