Symetria Recovery is seeking a Patient Service Representative Lead to optimize front office operations across multiple clinics, ensuring an exceptional patient experience and HIPAA compliance. The role includes travel to sites for onboarding, training, and promoting best practices among PSRs.

You will partner with Program Directors to improve workflows, manage patient scheduling, verify demographics and insurance, and supervise daily operations while maintaining high levels of service and

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations or patient access, preferably in behavioral health or OTP settings.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection processes.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients and visitors with exceptional service in person and by phone.
• Schedule patient appointments and optimize provider schedules and clinic efficiency.
• Maintain patient flow by notifying providers of arrivals and delays.
• Verify and update patient demographics, insurance, and financial information.
• Collect payments and document transactions per policies.
• Maintain EMR documentation and patient records.
• Provide training and mentorship to Patient Service Representatives.
• Travel to clinic locations to support staffing and onboarding.
• Create and standardize workflows for front office operations across locations.
