Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Patient Services Lead to coordinate patient meal service and lead the Patient Dining team in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and read documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to ensure objectives of the Patient Dining Program are accomplished.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure they provide services including menu selections, assembly, and tray delivery/pick-up.
• Determine menu alternatives for patients with allergies, cultural, ethnic, or religious preferences; handle special requests.
