Qualifications

• 2 years of food service experience required.
• Supervisory, leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• MS Office products knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Ensures patient and client satisfaction meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Interacts with nursing to evaluate daily patient meal selections and tray delivery.
• Resolves patient concerns or complaints promptly and/or reports to supervisor.
• Oversees food service activities including patient meal assembly, sanitation and infection control.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
