Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in Memphis is hiring for a Patient Services Lead to coordinate patient meal service, train and supervise Patient Dining Associates, and ensure timely tray delivery according to the Patient Dining Program. They will work with nurses and the culinary team to meet dietary needs while maintaining high-quality service.

This full-time role requires 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends, and a focus on compassionate patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or customer service experience required.
• Healthcare and management experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety and policy procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Patient Dining Program objectives and ensures service goals are met.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure tray assembly, delivery, and pickup.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to accommodate dietary needs and preferences; monitor patient meal selections.
• Communicate issues to appropriate staff promptly and adhere to HIPAA and facility policies.
