Qualifications

• Previous food service or customer service experience required.
• Healthcare and management experience preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Must occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds with reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Patient Dining Program operations to meet goals.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates in meal prep and tray delivery.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary staff on menu options for diverse needs.
• Interact with nursing staff to monitor meal service and tray completion.
• Respond to patient needs and escalate issues per dept. procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
• Lead daily team meetings using Morrison's GR8 Start guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
