Job summary

The Ohio State University Physicians seeks detail-oriented PSAs Lead to coordinate patient support services across outpatient settings. You will greet patients, check in, manage scheduling, assist with payments, and maintain records in EMR or paper charts, while supporting daily clinic operations.

This role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service, strong problem solving, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Open mail and route correspondence.
• Travel to other facilities as needed.
