Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a clerical or customer service environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones with a professional greeting and route calls appropriately.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the right staff.
• Verify insurance eligibility and process orders and paperwork promptly.
• Input orders and changes into the system and coordinate deliveries.
• Assist in handling complaints and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure patient files are current and required signatures are obtained.
