Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, call center, or retail.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Able to navigate multiple computer systems and use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and scheduling with strong customer service.
• Triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and work area.
• Escalate patient concerns to appropriate teams.
• Meet productivity benchmarks and understand billing workflows.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records.
• Demonstrate reliability with attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
