Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an OB/GYN front end staff member for a busy clinic in Wisconsin. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with hours around 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM. No nights or weekends, and cross-training at multiple locations. Excellent customer service and accurate data handling are required.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, registering information, scheduling, insurance verification, and aiding patient flow. High school diploma required; no prior experience needed.

• Proficient in PC use, emails, and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors and handles routine requests.
• Registers patients, verifies insurance, collects payments.
• Schedules appointments and coordinates changes.
• Updates demographic and insurance data as needed.
• Ensures data accuracy and payer requirements are met.
• Supports patient flow and assists with transportation/directions.
• Performs visit closure and schedules follow-ups.
