Advocate Health West Bend South - Obstetrics/Gynecology is seeking a full-time RN (36 hours/week) to support a single OB/Gyn practice. The role emphasizes evidence-based care, patient and family engagement, and a fast-paced clinic environment in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities include nursing process, safety culture, accurate EHR documentation, and collaboration with the care team. Requires RN license, BLS, and 1 year of clinical nursing experience; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in Wisconsin.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with patients and families.
